You can avail a host of services at home. Post hospitalization care,
Rehabilitation therapy, Hospice care, Specific medical conditions,
Child care services, Elder Care can be availed in the comfort and
security of your home.

Where are the Home Healthcare services available?
We offer Home Healthcare services in Delhi and NCR i.e. Gurgaon and Noida.

Can I trust the physicians and therapists?
Indicure works with the best of specialists and therapists. We have
internal criteria and only those healthcare professionals who qualify
on the criteria are chosen to work with us.
All our nurses and therapists are licensed professionals from reputed
institutes. They are quite expert and experienced in handling various
disorders. top
How would I be informed about my elder's health if I gift them these services?
You would be regularly informed about the health status and other
requirements of your elders through an e-mail. If there be any
emergency, you will be contacted over phone if you wish so.

Is it more expensive to avail Homekure services rather than treatment from an individual therapist?
No, Homekure services are not expensive as compared to the services of
an individual therapist. In fact, with the customized healthcare plan
being made by our team of nurses and therapist it costs less and is
more convenient, reliable and effective as compared to seeking services
from an individual therapist.

What are the advantages of in-home rehabilitation therapy?
There are many benefits of providing high-quality rehabilitation
services to a patient in the comfort his/ her own home, which include:
- Family members and friends of the patient can play a
vital role in early recovery of a patient. Closeness of a family member
not only boosts morale but provides a sense of security to the patient.
- The needs of the patient can be assessed within the
context of his/ her own home and the therapist can evaluate the
patient's ability to function within his or her environment and thus
can provide therapy accordingly.
- The need for
adaptive equipment and therapeutic intervention can be identified; also
the therapist can identify the safety concerns and environmental
barriers with respect to the recovery of the patient.

When and how can I make payment for Seenear circle membership and Homekure services?
The payment for Seenear circle and Homekure services is to be made in advance, before the commencement of services.
If you are not in India, you can make the payment through wire transfer/ telegraphic transfer or remit money online.
If you are in India, you could make the payment in cash, through cheque or demand draft.

Who can pay for services?
The subscriber (someone who is availing the services for some one else)
or the beneficiary (recipient of the services) any one can pay for the
services. top
Can I gift the Seenear Circle membership to other than my parents?
Yes, you can gift Seenear circle membership to any of your elders above
the age of 50. The beneficiary can be your uncle, aunt, grandparent,
friend's parents or even your teacher or mentor whom you want to show
that you care.top
Is the membership transferable?
No, the membership can be gifted to one beneficiary at one go. It is valid for a year and cannot be transferred in between.top
Can non members avail Extensive care?
Extensive care involves thorough health assessment of your elders and
requires a comprehensive health check to determine the level of care
required. So, it is advisable to have the membership to avail extensive
care options.
Otherwise, you can choose Homekure services for any specific requirement.top
What if I decide to discontinue the Seenear care membership or Homekure services in between?
If you decide to discontinue the services for any personal reasons,
you cannot extend the membership nor can transfer it to anyone else.
Please read Terms and Conditions for this.
The membership is valid for one year and can neither be transferred to
anyone else nor can be extended beyond one year.
The Homekure services will be delivered according to the health
plan made by our specialist, nurses and therapist in coordination with
your physician with your consent. The services cannot be extended nor
transferred.
Please note that the amount paid towards Home healthcare services is non refundable.
