Indicure offers geriatric care management services to help take care of your senior parent in their own home environment when adult caregiver children cannot be there to help out. As the older adults age, they can become quite ill or frail, requiring a high degree of assistance, treatment, rehabilitation or medical care. Apart from the specific healthcare needs, seniors also crave for social engagements to boost their self worth in the twilight years.
A customized Elder Care management plan can enable them live long and healthy. Social interactions among the likes, outbound group recreational activities, and opportunity to social volunteering can make life more enjoyable for them.
Seenear Circle is a programme for members above the age of 60 years. Membership to the programme entails your loved elders to receive customized healthcare services and geriatric care management services in their own home environment and opportunity to have an active and enriching social life. With Seenear Circle, your loved elders receive professional, caring, and in-person help that will make your care giving responsibilities to your parents easier.
We also understand that they miss you most on their special occasions of Birthdays and Anniversary. Indicure celebrates these occasions with them and also give you an opportunity to the plan the D-day as per your liking to make them feel special and remembered in a very special way. You would still be missed, but also remembered lovingly with loads of blessings!
SEENAR Circle membership is currently available in Delhi and NCR only.
You have the option to choose between two categories of the membership.
Annual Membership:
For one person: US $ 1,000
For a couple: US $ 1,800
Semi Annual Membership:
For one person: US $ 600

- Comprehensive Health Check
Just after becoming a member of Seenear Circle, the member gets a comprehensive health check to ascertain the present health condition on various parameters. Indicure co-ordinates the health checks, with samples being collected from home. Round trip transportation from home to hospital/diagnostic centre if need be is arranged by Indicure.
- Customized Health Plan
Basis the results of the comprehensive check up and a comprehensive Geriatric Consultation arranged at home, Indicure suggests a Customized Health Plan for the elderly. Indicure shall check in on regular basis with the elder to make sure that things are going well, let the family know the status, and make suggestions as things change over time.
- Monthly visit by a Geriatrician
Regular follow-ups and evaluation can ensure better health in elderly. Visiting a hospital may be inconvenient for elders; we take care of this important aspect. Our doctor visits the elders at home on monthly basis ensuring that they have the benefit of a regular preventive check.
- Information on Healthy Aging
Post retirement, one aspect of life that begins to interest older people is health. They look for information regarding their own health problems or their spouses' ailments. But they often end up with information that may not be authentic. We provide them with the information on healthy living regularly. The information provided through us is compiled and validated by the expert doctors in their field.
- Health Screening
A half yearly Health Screening is done to ascertain the present health condition of the members. Indicure co-ordinates the health checks, with samples being collected from home. Round trip transportation from home to hospital/diagnostic centre if need be is arranged by Indicure.
- Outbound Socializing and Club activities
Indicure arranges and coordinates regular outbound trips and socializing activities for all the members of the Seenear Circle. These group trips to nearby places or socializing activities give an opportunity for all the members to mingle and share their lives.
- Volunteering Opportunity
Indicure arranges for various volunteering opportunities for the elderly at various Old Age Homes and Not for profit organizations. This provides them with an opportunity to meet a different array of people and satisfies their urge to be a larger part of the society.
- Birthdays and anniversary celebrations
Indicure team meets your loved one on their Birthday/ Anniversary or any other special day you want and gift them flowers, greeting cards and make them feel special. We can also customize the D-day as you want it to be at an additional cost.
- Discount on HOMEKURE and Extensive Care services
Should your loved one require any Extensive Care or HOMEKURE services, a discount of 10% comes directly for those who are the members of SEENEAR Circle.
- Discount on Healthcare Products
Seenear Circle members get 10% discount on purchase of healthcare products like:- Hearing Aids, BP Check, Sugar Check etc.

Extensive Care Option
The extensive care services are provided to the members who require more focused and extensive healthcare assistance. This may include frequent or time bound visits to a hospital/specialist on Out-Patient or In-Patient basis. In some cases, there may be a specific need for health recovery and maintenance plan to be administered in the home environment.
Getting Started..
We begin with a thorough assessment to gain a full understanding of the issues and concerns faced by the elderly. Our Case Manager, an expert Geriatrician along with a qualified nurse will assess the senior's needs as well as the family members involved and recommend appropriate guidance to ensure that your loved one is properly taken care of.

Me at Home
Me At Home is an individualized program that can be customized to meet all needs of a senior. You can use one or combine any of the services below to meet your needs.
Our specialists and nurses work with seniors to create a total care program that meets all of the seniors' health care needs. We can help with scheduling a trip to the doctor, assuring that an older adult is taking his or her medications properly. In short, we provide whatever type of care for health is needed.
Depending on the individual requirements, the services that are included in Me at Home comprise of:
- Care management
- Skilled nursing care
- Physical, occupational, and speech therapy
- Help with scheduling doctor and other appointments
- Transportation to and from doctors
- appointments with an escort when necessary
- Assurance that prescribed medication is being taken properly

And this can be even more depressing when our elders are not well. Hospitalization requires lot of running around and assurance from someone close. And they need the help for arranging medicines, blood, settling bills etc.
