GREEN CHANNEL
Step 1
Submit Enquiry Form to Indicure.
You or your loved one
can submit a query for availing Green Channel with any special
requirements through MVT Query Form. Indicure would
require the local physician's recommendations and the medical reports
for you or your loved one.
You can either fill the form and submit medical reports online or can
fax them at +91 11 25272400.
Step 2
Pre-Consultation
Depending on your or your loved one's medical condition, Indicure shall
suggest the best possible treatment option available in India. Depending on
any specific need or requirement, Indicure shall make an itinerary for your
medical sojourn, and share all the relevant information for visiting India. A complete packaged tour encompassing your
healthcare, travel, accommodation and nursing needs is designed to
seamlessly undertake the treatment for you or your loved one.
Step 3
Partly refundable advance payment
After all your queries are answered, you have to make an advance payment, which is 40% of the total cost to
avail the proposed treatment as per the agreed plan. This payment is partly
refundable, in case you do not finally avail the treatment for any reason.
Payment can be made online or though telegraphic transfer. Subsequent
payment can be made wile in India by cash, Traveler's cheque or demand draft.
Step 4
Travel and Arrival in India
Indicure shall help you with availing a medical visa for India, and arrange
for your air tickets to India. Indicure's trained and qualified medical
staff accompanies you or your loved one all along during the stay in India
and would be accessible for any of your requirements while in India. All the
local travel in India for you or your loved one is arranged in the comfort
and convenience of well maintained air conditioned vehicles.
Step 5
Treatment Facilitation
Indicure shall accompany you or your loved one for consultation, diagnosis
and admission. You or your loved one would be given
a priority services enabling personalized attention, immediate
admission and a quick diagnosis. Indicure shall
liaison with the hospital administration for smooth conduct of your
procedure.
Step 6
Recuperation and Travel Back
According to treating doctor's recommendations on fitness to fly back,
Indicure shall make available an accommodation of choice with or without
skilled nursing care. You or your loved one can even choose for some exotic
side trips before flying back home to have an experience of mystic and
incredible India.
Step 7
Follow-up
Indicure remains in touch with you or loved one when you reach back home.
Indicure shall answer any queries regarding your current health in general
and or specific queries on recovery after the treatment. We liaise with
your treating doctor in India and you can contact them easily. Top
HOMEKURE
All HOMEKURE Servcies are currently available in Delhi, Gurgaon and Noida
Step 1
Submit Enquiry Form to Indicure.
You or your loved one can submit a query for availing a Homekure plan
with the choice of plan and any special requirements through HHC Query
Form.
You can either fill the form and submit medical reports online or can fax them at
+91 11 25 27 24 00.
Step 2
Physician Referral and Customized Healthcare Plan
Depending on the medical condition of the patient, the case is discussed by
our core team to recommend a medical specialist who can best handle the
particular case. After consultation with our medical specialist, a complete
healthcare plan is designed for the patient to be served in the home
environment.
If you or your loved one has any healthcare plan suggested by your
physician, the same can be administered in the home environment. Indicure
shall require the physician's prescription in such a case.
Step 3
Make Payment
Depending on the customized healthcare plan, Indicure shall communicate
the payment schedule. The payment can be made in India in INR in cash
or through Cheque payable in Delhi. Payment from overseas can be made
in foreign currency (USD, GBP, EURO) through online remittance or wire
transfer/telegraphic transfer.
Step 4
Service Delivery and Supervision
The agreed on customized healthcare services with any special
requirements are delivered by the care provider (licensed nurse/
physical therapist/ occupational therapist/ speech therapist) in the
comfort of home. Indicure shall regularly keep in touch with your
physician/ our expert and monitor the services delivered. A case sheet
is made and the daily health report is recorded and monitored.
Indicure shall keep in touch with the subscriber and update him/ her regularly about their loved one's health. Top
SEENEAR CIRCLE
All SEENEAR CIRCLE Servcies are currently available in Delhi, Gurgaon and Noida
Step 1
Submit Membership Form
You can submit the annual membership form for availing Seenear Circle membership for a beneficiary of age above 50.
Payment for Seenear Circle membership (without Extensive Care Option) can be made while submitting the annual membership form.
You can fill the form online or can take a print out and fax the filled form at +91-11-25272400 along with the payment details.
Step 2
Comprehensive Health Check and Customized Health Plan
A comprehensive health check is carried out to ascertain the present
health condition of your loved elderly. Based on the reports of the
comprehensive health check, a customized health plan is designed for
the beneficiary in consultation with the geriatrician and other medical
experts.
Step 3
Service Delivery and Supervision
The agreed on customized healthcare services with any special
requirements (extensive care) are delivered by the care provider
(licensed nurse/ physical therapist/ occupational therapist/ speech
therapist) in the comfort of home. Indicure shall regularly keep in
touch with your physician/ our expert and monitor the services
delivered.
Indicure shall keep the subscriber updated about the beneficiary's health.
Step 4
Extensive Care Option
Depending on the existence of any chronic illness or a medical
condition requiring extensive care, the extensive care option can be
availed for the beneficiary.
Indicure shall communicate to the subscriber for any need for
availing extensive care option as suggested by the experts. With
extensive care option, Seenear Circle members would receive Treatment
Facilitation and Homekure services at discounted rates. Top |
