SEENEAR CIRCLE

Applicability
The person who buys SEENEAR is called the Subscriber and the person who
avails it is called the beneficiary. The subscriber can transfer this
service only at one instance to any individual before any of the
services of the SEENEAR package are availed. For availing the couple
discount, both the persons should hail from the same family.

Service Tenure
The service is available for one year from the date it is bought /subscribed for.

Product Description
The SEENEAR service offers only the services mentioned within the package:

Comprehensive Health Check:
The SEENEAR Comprehensive Health Check is a thorough test which is done
once only during the tenure of SEENEAR and it provides extensive and
detailed assessment of a person's present state of health. The check
includes a medical questionnaire, full physical examination and a
consultation with a doctor. Once the Subscriber buys the service for
his/her beneficiary, Indicure contacts the beneficiary and fix up an
appointment for the beneficiary to undergo the Health Check.

Health Screening:
This test is performed only once, after six months and within a period
of one year from the date of Comprehensive Health Check test. The Quick
Health Check is a small package of essential tests that reviews the
beneficiary's condition and ensures that he/she continues to enjoy good
health.

Extensive Care Option: -
Indicure will inform the subscriber and beneficiary in case the latter
requires extensive care services, which would be based on the health
check reports and the expert's advice. The charges of the extensive
care services would vary as per the requirement of the beneficiary and
the same would be communicated to you, which are required to be paid
fully in advance. Lack of complete advance payment would not result in
the commencement of such services.

COST
The charges are liable for change at the discretion of
Indicure from time to time. The charges once paid shall not be
refunded. If the client is not available for availing the services, the
services will deemed to be rendered and cannot be availed next month.
The services of SEENEAR will be valid for a period of one year from the
date of subscription. The services cannot be carried forward to next
year in any case.

Payment Procedure:

Acceptance:
When once the Subscriber makes payment he/she is deemed to have
accepted these terms and conditions and executed an agreement with
Indicure.

Customer Support & feedback:
The Indicure Help Desk promptly responds to
Queries/Suggestions/feedback from the Customers. The customers can post
their queries to indicure@indicure.com. Customers can also reach the
Customer Support Division on Phone No.011-25614588 during the working
days, Monday to Friday from 10.00 AM (ISD) to 5.30 PM.(ISD)

Termination
If for any reason, the subscriber/beneficiary desires to stop availing
the service he/she may do so in which case he/she is not entitled to
any refund of charges paid by him/her.
Indicure may terminate the access of the subscriber/beneficiary to the
product and services if the subscriber/beneficiary fails to comply with
these terms and conditions or guidelines notified by Indicure hereafter
from time to time.
SEENEAR Service cannot be transferred when it is in usage from one beneficiary to other.

Change of terms and conditions
Indicure reserves the right to change/modify/alter/reduce/modify the
services offered and do all amendments in its terms and conditions as
it deem fit at its discretion from time to time.

Disputes redressal
Any dispute arising out of these terms and conditions shall be within the jurisdiction of courts New Delhi, India.
Please note that the amount paid towards the purchase of SEENEAR service will not be refunded under any circumstances.
