Dr. Ruchika Malhotra is a distinguished US-certified Occupational Therapist with a robust career spanning over two decades in the healthcare industry. With her extensive experience, she has dedicated more than 15 years to pioneering the medical tourism sector in India, making a significant impact on the landscape of global healthcare. Her journey began with a focus on early intervention, where she specialized in working with paediatric populations, specifically differently abled children aged 0-6. She provided compassionate care and therapeutic support to children with conditions such as Cerebral Palsy, Developmental Delays, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and Down Syndrome.

In her early practice, Dr. Malhotra worked closely with families and caregivers in diverse settings, including homes, hospitals, and community-based initiatives. This hands-on experience, particularly with families who travelled from outstations, gave her an initial insight into the burgeoning field of medical tourism. Her expertise extended to academia, where she served as a training faculty member at the prestigious School of Rehabilitation Sciences (SRS) at Delhi University, lecturing on Post Graduate Diploma Courses in Developmental Therapy and Special Education.
