Medical Visa to India

India is known all over the world for its rich and diversified cultures. Tourists from across the world, especially from the US, visit India in great numbers. Around 1.5 million Americans visited India in 2019, the second highest foreign tourist arrivals by numbers. Americans account for 14-15% of foreign tourist arrivals in India every year.

It is interesting to note that in the last few years the number of medical tourists coming to India from the United States has increased by leaps and bounds.

The most important reason for the increase in the number of medical tourists visiting India is the availability of quality healthcare services and expert medical expertise at highly cost-effective prices. This is why Americans prefer medical tourism in India to any other country.

Traveling to India for medical reasons comes with some paperwork. Visitors from almost all countries need a visa to visit India. US citizens must also apply for a visa through the Indian e-visa service. I chose IndiCure because of Dr. Jagannathan. I traveled alone and spent almost 3 weeks there undergoing 2 separate procedures. I was pleasantly surprised. The surgeries both went flawless. All of the hospital staff was amazing. Read Michelle Williams's Review About IndiCure Here
